By downloading or using Chesnota (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. The App is provided by [YOUR FULL NAME / SOLE PROPRIETOR NAME], a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The service

Chesnota provides daily Stoic quotes, reflections, and related content for personal, non-commercial use. The content is for general informational and educational purposes and is not professional, medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

If you enable iCloud, your in-app data may sync across your devices through your private iCloud account. This relies on Apple's iCloud service and your device settings; we are not responsible for iCloud availability, outages, or data handled by Apple.

2. Subscriptions and payment

• Chesnota offers auto-renewable subscriptions ("Chesnota Pro"). Pricing is shown in the App before purchase (for example, monthly or yearly plans).
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
• Subscriptions are handled by Apple under the standard Apple Media Services / App Store terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it, resell access, or use it in violation of applicable law.

4. Intellectual property

Original quotes used in the App are drawn from public-domain translations of classical works. The App's design, original text (including reflections and affirmations), branding, and software are owned by us and protected by applicable law. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the content will suit your particular needs. The content is not a substitute for professional advice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
